It makes good sense that we maximize our relationships with our owners and agents. Part of this means a simple way to add your property (with availability and rates) with just a couple of clicks.
Here are the details of our partner program, making it easy for property owners and managers to increase their exposure and get more bookings.
Partner Name: Name of the partner, linked to their website.
Commission: How much commission charged by the partner, not including Rental Reserve's 5% charge (+VAT).
Card Charges: Additional fees for processing credit cards.
Payment to Agent: Deposit/full balance taken at the time of booking is sent directly to the partner. If not ticked, the money is sent to the default account set up for the property.
Booking Handled by Agent: All follow up emails and processing of balances is handled by the partner.
Payment Sent/Due: When the commission payable is sent to the partner, or when the money held by the partner is sent to the property manager.
