A post over at the Zoomf blog highlighted my attention to some unusual research by the guys at Rightmove.
It seems that simply by using the colour orange, you can increase the conversion rate (lookers to buyers - or bookers in our case) by over 30%.
I, much like the guys at Zoomf, am finding this a little hard to believe and there are many factors that go into increasing conversions, colour is likely to be one of them but I'm not in a rush to give any of our websites a new lick of orange paint.
Interesting also to see that we are not the only industry dealing with bulging inboxes and always on the look out for software that can reduce the workload, as discussed the Zoomf post.
